BI Analyst

R.O.EYE has recently developed a platform for tracking the levels of engagement which consumers have with various online channels such as social networks, Google searches, our own advertisement content, and websites generally. Now having gathered, and continuing to gather this data, we need to recruit a maths graduate to help us to interpret the data we are collecting.

The successful candidate will work alongside the CTO and Account Directors to use this data to create predictive and commercial models for our media planners internally and our clients externally.

Basic Job Requirements:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, both in terms of:
    • Using the data to answer specific questions posed by clients, and;
    • Proactively providing self-found insight to the account management team.
  • Provide input into the development of our bespoke reporting systems.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Advise on the tools and software the business might require to manipulate the data.

Core Skills:

  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases (eg SQL etc)
  • Excellent communication skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Superb level of business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving environment and is enthusiastic about online
